WELCOME TO 5TH GRADE

My name is Osmin Medrano, a 5th grade teacher at Quincy Jones Elementary. I have always been passionate about education and its potential to transform lives. Through my experiences working as a teacher for the last 13 years, I have gained a deeper appreciation for the importance of individualized learning and the impact that a teacher can have on a student's growth and development. My primary objective is to create a safe and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported. I believe that every student has unique strengths and challenges, and it is my responsibility as a teacher to identify and address these individual needs. I am committed to fostering a love of learning and helping students to develop critical thinking skills that will serve them both inside and outside of the classroom.
