Mr. Michael guided our class in a beautiful social emotional lesson by connecting us virtually with his friend, Joaquin, who works on a farm. We discussed how thoughts are seeds we plant in our minds. Negative thoughts will sprout into weeds and continue growing, while positive thoughts will blossom into uplifting, colorful flowers. Mr. Michael wrote this song to remind us all how our thoughts affect the garden of our minds!
