Theater

Mr. Stone and Ms. McCutcheon's fourth grade classes performed a play, "Finding Home", written by one of the instructors, Ms. Jennifer Myers Hewitt. It was an original script based on feedback, ideas and suggestions of students.  They came up with the types of characters and she created the script based on their input. Very interactive and engaging, classroom teachers and students alike enjoyed the professional experience working and learning from theatre instructors. 

Ms. Jennifer Myers Hewitt has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from Syracuse University. She has been acting since age twelve and has been with Creative Youth Theatre for two years.
