Mr. Medrano

My name is Osmin Medrano and I am excited teaching fifth grade this year. I am graduate from California State University of Los Angeles with a bachelors' degree in Criminology. I am currently in my 12th year of teaching and  I am thrilled to teach in the neighborhood i grew up in. I pride myself in being a first generation college graduate and my goal as a teacher at Quincy Jones Elementary is to make connections with students to serve as a role model and instill into each student the value of a quality education. I attended the local schools in the neighborhoods and strongly believe that an education is the pathway to lifelong learning and success. I am looking forward to a year full of learning, fun and adventures.
